This residential land holding of around 3,850sqm was the result of an amalgamation of 3 separately owned titles acquired by the Directors of Acdev starting from 2004. In 2009 the entire parcel was to a local builder. Plans for a residential development with potential for approximately 8 dwellings have been approved and several are under construction.
