With the help of some of Melbourne's best consultants including Techne Architects, and SJB Town Planners, Acdev have designed and had approved 'Iris' a mixed use, 3 level building including 36 apartments and 5 shops. The property has a superb leafy parkland outlook and a unique, quiet, yet accessible location. The property is designed to appeal to a wide range of owners and occupants.

The apartments were offered for sale in mid June 2011 and construction is expected to commence by late September 2011.
