Victoria

Acdev have entered an agreement with ASX listed Nufarm to acquire the site and construct a new office and research / development facility for their Nuseed business in Horsham Victoria.

The facility will be built in Ballinger Street, within the Industrial Enterprise Estate being developed by Horsham Rural City Council and will comprise 740 sqm of office as well as 3350sqm of operations, storage and warehouse areas.

Construction is expected to commence within the last half of 2011 with completion expected in mid 2012. For further details please view the development document.
