Lilydale - Lilydale Marketplace

During early 2007 Acdev consulted to CP Retail Asset Management on the proposed expansion of the Lilydale Marketplace Shopping Centre. The owners of the centre were planning to expand the centre over adjoining land, adding over 4000sqm to the existing centre. The property has since been sold to Stockland.
